As a Care Leader you play an integral part of the care team, you will be responsible for leading, managing and supporting your care team ensuring they are providing a high quality of care and service to all residents at all times. You will make sure care plans are regularly reviewed through continuous assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of our resident’s care. You will take an active part in engaging with residents to understand their lifestyle choices at a level and pace that values the individual and respects their dignity and communication differences.
Working within the Care team you will show warmth, compassion and support to our residents and their families; helping to promote independence and dignity and positively enhancing the lives of individuals in our care.
What experience do you need?
As an important member of our team we will ensure you have all the support and tools required to be successful in your new role. But we are looking for someone who has at least a Level 2 Health & Social Care diploma (and willing to work towards Level 3) with supervisory experience, or a desire to progress from a senior carer into a role where you will be leading a team.
